I recently used Georgian Bay Wet Cleaners for a bunch of shirts. This was my first experience with their pickup and delivery service. I used to visit their Collingwood location. My shirts were picked up at my front door and returned a week later, perfectly cleaned and pressed. The prices are reasonable, particularly the door to door service!read more

Absolutely amazing job every time I've dropped off photography backdrops for dry cleaning. I throw random things at them like "can you take this red wine out of my green screen that some drunk holiday party employee spilt on it while falling into the background??" and they always deliver! Both my husband and I highly recommend Georgian Bay Wet Cleaners. Darren helped us tremendously during a difficult time by sorting, cleaning and folding every item of fabric, including camping, scuba and hiking gear during our mould remediation. He came to our home picked up our mountain of laundry and delivered them back in a timely manner.read more

After washing an entire load of laundry with a new tube of red lipstick I was pretty upset to see that everything came out covered in red. Nothing would take it out. On a whim, and out of desperation I took the whole load in to Georgian Bay Wet Cleaners. It took a good month but they kept in touch weekly to let me know how they were making out. I was deeply impressed with how professional they were at every turn. To make matters even better, they saved every piece of clothing!!! You would never know. These guys are incredible. Best service I've had ever at a dry cleaner's. Personable and excellent quality work. I dropped off my winter coat and they called me the same day to tell me it's ready!. I was surprised. I thought maybe their computer glitched. Nope. It was definitely ready to be picked up. They said that they noticed that I was apprehensive to be without my winter coat for the estimated week so they put a rush on it for me. Why would I ever use another dry cleaner? Great experience. I couldnt have been more pleased with the outcome of my dress. Its a custom made denim white dress full of sequins and I had no clue how it would turn out after a cleaning because I've been afraid to clean it since the last cleaner gave me the dress back in a clear baggy with all the sequins. I was horrified. They had to pay to get it all set back on. Anyway my experience with this wet cleaning company was exceptional from the beginning. Amazing customer service and completely set my expectations right from the start. Never over promised and informed me of all the risks before taking on the job. I picked up the dress within 1 week ( on time for the georgian bay dinner en blanc party!!!) And it was incredible to see how white and clean it was. There were a few sequences that had somewhat pulled almost off but I was able to salvage and set back on myself. All in all these guys deserve 5 stars hands down. Amazing service and so affordable. Bought my brand-new Northface jacket two months ago I promised myself I would keep it nice and clean!!! Well that was short lived and found that my nice jacket was in need of a clean. Took it to Blue Mountain Dry Cleaners and the made it so clean I could almost return it lol Really impressed and I saved 5% because I paid upfront. And the jacket was ready 4 days earliy (+10 to -10 over night and thought I would check to see if they might have it done. Would give 6 stars if I could!!!read more
