Dry cleaning services are available until Jan 10. Bedding and household laundry services will remain available, like normal. Pickup and delivery of laundry services commence on Feb 1, 2023.
It is with profound sadness that we are announcing the closure of our Collingwood location.
Our building has been sold and is being torn down. We have been unable to find a suitable location for us long term.
This timeline has come as a shock and we have been trying to ensure continued support for your business.
We have purchased additional equipment for our other location in Meaford, and are making plans to move some processing there until we can come up with a more permanent solution.
We are committed to helping you in the future.
We are accepting WET CLEAN / DRY CLEAN items for cleaning in house until Tuesday, January 10.
Bedding and household items will still be accepted into the future.
IF YOU HAVE DROPPED ITEMS OFF FOR CLEANING, PLEASE ENSURE THEY ARE PICKED UP NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, JANUARY 27, 2023.
If an item is not due to be ready prior to this date, items will be transferred to our Meaford location and we will ensure delivery when ready.
As for new items to be cleaned, we are moving to a PICKUP and DELIVERY model for our Collingwood customers as of 1 February 2023. You will be able to request a pickup through our online app, or by calling 705.445.2811.
In order to limit the disruption to our customers, we are trying to arrange for other companies to do our WET CLEAN / DRY CLEAN items for us, and will be offering that service if and when available.
This has been traumatic to our staff, and not everything is clear to us due to the tight timeline, as we are still working out the details, so please bear with us as we navigate these unchartered waters.
